Standings update once scores are confirmed by ORB. Captains should submit final scores after each game.
If two submitted scores conflict, the result is held as pending until confirmed.
Standings will publish once scores are confirmed.

How score disputes work
- Both captains submit scores via the score form after the game.
- If scores match, ORB confirms and updates standings.
- If scores conflict, the row stays pending or is marked disputed until admin review.
- ORB may contact both captains or check the score sheet photo if provided.
- Confirmed results only — never publish disputed scores as final.
