All participants must read and accept this waiver before registering. Fees are per player.

Participant acknowledgement
By registering, you confirm: (1) you are 18+; (2) you agree to this waiver and code of conduct; (3) you understand basketball involves inherent injury risk; (4) you consent to ORB operational messages; (5) optional photo consent may be offered separately on the registration form.
1. Activity
ORB League is an adult co-ed recreational basketball league in Orleans, Ontario. Participation is voluntary. Venues may change season to season.
2. Assumption of risk
You accept inherent risks including injury, collisions, falls, weather (outdoor play), equipment or facility conditions, and actions of others. You voluntarily assume these risks to the extent permitted by law.
3. Release of liability
To the extent permitted by law, you release ORB organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and related parties from claims arising from your participation, except where prohibited by law.
4. Venue release
You further release facility owners and permit holders, including the City of Ottawa recreation programs, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Code of conduct
Respect-first league: no abuse, harassment, or aggression. Follow rules and organizer instructions. Violations may result in removal without refund.
8. Fees
Fees are per player. Final amount may depend on total sign-ups. Payment confirmation is required before a roster spot is locked.
